Travel and Contract
Local Travel Fees:
KSC Wedding Packages include travel fees for weddings up to 40 miles from Eagle River, Alaska. Anything outside of that limit will incur a 40 dollar travel fee.
Included benefits
Second shooter options are available in Alaska but will be an additional fee for the Pine and
Peony Packages.
An option for a destination bridal party photo session before or after the ceremony is included with every wedding package, travel is the only incurred fee if applicable.
Cancellations
Wedding cancellations must be made within 2 months of the original wedding date.
Destination Travel Fees
Weddings outside of Alaska will be quoted at all travel expenses, as well as a 60% charge of the desired package.
Add ons
Additional hours for each package will be charged at 160 per hour.
